  I am a Builder in Warragul, have been dealing with Gippsland water for approx 12 years, Gippsland Water offer the quickest, most efficient assistance than anyone else. The turn around time from submitting an application is often the same day service.The office staff always call you if there is more info required, they are truly great to work with.

  Extremely rude service by a customer officer by the name of Nadine.. pretty much accusing us of avoiding paying the bills. We never get the bill, even though we requested it several times. We only seem to be getting reminder notices and chase up calls but never the first bill. Very dissatisfied with your service. Please do your job better

  We recently had a water leak between the water mains and our meter. We were impressed with the thorough and prompt repairs: of the leak, the damage done to our drive necessary for the repair to be done and the resulting damage to the lawn on the nature strip.
